Playstation Move Help Part 2

Posted by Adam2Marsh 3 Comments

Yesterday we had a look at Playstation Move’s hardware and how it works to give you a very different gaming experiencing for the PS3. We are going to have a quick look at some of the games which are available now and some which we will be soon.

At the moment if you want to see what move can deliver then the best thing to do is get the PS Move Starter Kit which will give you 9 demo’s which all use PS Move from single player golf to multiplayer party games for all ages. Here is the list of demo’s will feature on the disc,

echochrome ii – You control a light to make shadows using objects and blocks in the level so the little man can reach the exit. Moving the light will move the shadows and you will have to keep moving the light to create different shadows so he can reach the end safely. As you progress the levels will start to intoduce tunnels and trampolines to create interesting puzzles for you to try and solve by just moving the light. In the full levels there is also hidden art to find from just moving the light.

Sports Champions – You get access to 2 of the 6 sports which are on the full game. On the demo you can play Table Tennis and Frisbee golf. There both very easy to get use to and great fun to play. You will need a extra motion controller to play the table tennis multiplayer but can play Frisbee golf with just one and share it around.

Start the Party – A fun party game for all ages where you compete in mini games to see who can get the most points. The demo lets you play 3 different mini games with up to 4 people playing using only 1 motion controller. For more information on this game then read our full review here.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 – If you enjoy a round of golf and its raining outside then give this demo ago. You get to play a few different holes using PS Move as your golf club.

The Shoot - This is a on the rail shooter using the motion controller accuracy to shoot the targets while you move through the level. You can also dodge and take cover while moving through the levels. If you manage to get combos the game rewards you with different power ups where you can slow time or enter rampage mode where your pistol turns into a machine gun.

Beat Sketcher - In the demo you get access to the single player mode where you can paint and it will create music at the same time.

EyePet Move Edition - This gives you a taste of owning you very own EyePet. In the demo you get to wash him and play a mini game where you draw a aeroplane and then take him for a spin popping as many balloons as you can along the way.

Tumble – A very simple and enjoyable game where its all about building towers out of blocks and sometimes destroying them. In the demo it gives you a sample of single player levels which will show you how to play the game and a few different game types. They have also given you a multiplayer mode where 2 people build a tower as high as they can without making it fall and grabbing point tokens along the way. If you like jenga then defiantly give this a go.

TV Superstars – Wanted to be a TV Superstar well in this game you do just that. You start off by taking pictures of yourself which are put onto your very own in game character and you can also record your very own catchphrase to make your character some to life. Once your all ready there are different shows with mini games where you win points to beat your opponents. In the demo there is a Catwalk and Extreme Shows for you to try and win.

That’s just the demo’s you get on the starter pack disc not including a lot of games which are already out getting into the move spirit and ones that haven’t even come out yet. Here is a list of just a few titles you can expect to have Move Support
